These beads are natural seeds, they come in fairly regular sizes.
Beginners may find this a bit small for mantra practice, but it’s an easy size to wear.
Size 7, 8 & 9mm are good to start with depending on the size and nimbleness of your fingers.

These malas are knotted with polyester as cotton won’t fit through the small holes.
All wrist malas are knotted with polyester thread.
All tassels are made of cotton.
